As a budding aerial silks dancer, I needed to beef up my upper body strength and tighten my core. She designed a workout focusing on my guns, my flexibility, and my stamina. I began training with her in 2010; I was 30 pounds overweight, unhealthy and miserable in a thankless job. Within a year, not only had I lost the weight, gained muscle, strength and confidence, but I realized my own passion for health and fitness.
