It sounds silly to say, but I would not be where I am today had it not been for Amy.
I began training with her in 2010; I was 30 pounds overweight, unhealthy and miserable in a thankless job. Within a year, not only had I lost the weight, gained muscle, strength and confidence, but I realized my own passion for health and fitness. Now, thanks to her guidance and knowledge, I am also a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor working at hotels and gyms all over Honolulu. I’m happier and healthier than I ever thought possible and I truly do owe it all to Amy.
